Foreign Interest in Dubai Properties

Foreign residents in Dubai will appreciate that they have a lot of “freedom”, where private and social life is concerned.  However, it is important to remember the society that a potential tenant or property owner has decided to live in. Dubai properties are usually available on the open market, equally priced to everybody.  The property owner or tenant is obliged to give some consideration to the society around him or her.  This aspect of a person’s private way of living; whether they enjoy partying loudly at home on weekends; or have lots of guests; or enjoy semi-nudity during the day; should all be discussed with the agent in order to avoid conflict with neighbors in the future.  Liberties that would be taken in Europe cannot easily be tolerated in a conservative place, and to avoid any unpleasant run-ins with the neighbors, it is important to make a proper analysis of the neighborhood in which one intends to live.

When looking into acquiring Dubai real estate it is fair to consider that living in Dubai has its perks such as wonderful late summer temperatures for most of the year.  The real heat occurs in July when temperatures can hit 42 degrees Celsius, but air-conditioning is widely available and residents need not feel powerless against the heat.  All shopping malls are properly air-conditioned guaranteeing comfort all year round.  There is a wide range of available properties and types of accommodations to suit all tastes.  Dubai is a pearl in the Middle East.
